Grove Street Partners served as developer for Athens-Clarke County Development Authority in the construction of a 36,000 square foot build-to-suit office building for the Georgia Department of Labor in Athens, GA.

Grove Street Partners acquired the property, worked with the Georgia Department of Labor on the design of the building and started development of the project in November 2005, which was completed in the Fall of 2006.
