Scott Reffett

Scott joined Grove Street Partners in August 2005 as Director of Development and Construction. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the development and construction of the projects.

Over the last 20 years Scott has managed the delivery of over 3 million square feet of commercial space. He has a very diverse background in that he has managed the projects on the behalf of the developer, contractor, architect/engineer, and owner.

Before joining Grove Street Partners, Scott managed projects for Carter, a full service real estate company based in Atlanta, primarily in their BellSouth portfolio. Prior to Carter he was Director of the commercial business unit at The Beck Group as well as Director of Construction Services at Leo A Daly.

Scott received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois, an MBA in Real Estate from Georgia State University, and is a LEED accredited professional.
