Dana joined Grove Street Partners in the spring of 2005 as Manager. She is property manager of Grove Street's industrial properties with additional responsibilities that include office administration and contract management. Prior to joining Grove Street, Dana had 20 years experience in real estate that included office and retail leasing and management. In 1988 she became a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia.

From 1995 to the spring of 2005, Dana was employed in the property management and leasing division of Carter & Associates, an Atlanta based full service real estate company. In 2003 she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager of Carter's midtown corporate headquarters building where in addition to the duties of on-site building manager her responsibilities also included the oversight of projects administration and supervision of the management support teams. Prior to her ten year service at Carter, Dana served for five years at New Market Management Company as Senior Administrator and Executive Assistant to the President which marked the beginning of her property management career.

Dana received an Associate of Arts degree from St. John's River College and is past President of Southside Charter Chapter American Business Women's Association in Atlanta, Georgia.
